Tracy Brisson is Managing Partner of One2Many Consulting, a social recruiting firm, and Founder of The Opportunities Project, a career coaching organization that specializes in helping young professionals create their own opportunities. Through One2Many Consulting, Tracy helps organizations to effectively leverage their resources in order to work with many prospects all at different stages, and ultimately select the best talent possible. Before launching her own company, Tracy worked in recruitment for over a decade where her work with social media to improve employment branding was recognized by ERE.net in 2009, and her career advice and recruitment expertise has appeared in the New York Post, The Star Ledger, and on Monster+HotJobs, The Ladders, and Mashable. Tracy has her BA from Syracuse University, her MPA from NYU and is a graduate of the Kauffman Foundation’s Fast Track Program for early-stage entrepreneurs.
