Recruiting Supervisor at Zappos.com

Brandis joined Zappos.com, Inc. in early 2005. She is currently the Recruiting Supervisor and heads up the Recruiting team. In this role, she and her team are tasked with finding amazing and talented people to add to Zappos’ unique culture. At Zappos, having the right skills and experience is only half the battle. Qualified candidates must also pass an extensive culture assessment. Prior to Zappos, Brandis received her Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and interned for various HR departments.

Zappos was established in 1999 and has since quickly become a leader in online apparel and footwear sales by striving to provide shoppers with the best possible service and selection. In 2008, the company’s gross merchandise sales exceeded $1 billion. Zappos.com currently stocks millions of products from over 1000 clothing and shoe brands.
